Today we were hosted by Daniel at his organic farm. He grows pepper (shown here, drying in the sun), vanilla, sugar cane, beans, and corn. Students learned how harmful agrochemicals and monocultive farming can be to communities and the land. Daniel's story was inspiring to students and faculty here.
